Exactly what l needed! After my tibial nail op 3 years ago I have never been able to kneel as the sensation in the knee makes it painful but this pad makes a real difference, meaning I can do exercises (and household tasks) I couldn't do before.

Needed it for physio exercise and this has being ideal. Good quality and is going to last. Would recommend to others

It is small for normal adult use. It looks ok in terms of durability but in my view over priced for a piece of tough foam

I love this cushion. It’s big enough, stable, and provides the necessary comfort and support. Even my cat showed how fond he is of it by trying to bite off a piece! I use it anyway ;)

Love the color and quality. It has many uses besides strengthening ankles and legs. I use for a desk top for my laptop or reading. A great protector when guests arrive to place under their laptops so not to scratch my glass dining table. Durable, light weight, multifunctional.

Good product and I like the larger size. It's slightly less spongey than the ones my physical therapist uses but I hope it'll loosen up a little with use. If not, it still serves its purpose of making balance a little harder and forcing the small stabilizing muscles to work harder.
