This ice bath arrived in a nice box and was easily unpacked in minutes. It’s a clever design and fool proof to put together. It has a high quality feel and looks compact and sleek when filled. I was a bit skeptical that I would be able to use it as I am 6’8” and to my absolute astonishment, I could fit in it very comfortably sitting crisscrossed with the water level up above my neck just under my chin. For anyone shorter than me, you would definitely have an absolutely comfortable bath. After finally building up the nerve to take the cold plunge, I found that I benefited therapeutically in the areas of muscular recovery, mental clarity, better sleep quality and general physical energy and my over all mood was improved greatly. I would highly recommend this bath to anyone suffering from aches and pains, anyone into sports, working out or just looking to feel energetic and focused.

Really sad but this is not fit for purpose, two holes one in the ring at the top and one in the lid. Looks great but poor quality. Very frustrating

Product comes with clear and easy instructions. It’s sturdy and big enough for someone to comfortably use. Feels high quality, material on sides isn’t rubber or plastic, almost a felt and super easy to clean. The lid is light so needs something on top to keep it held on but other than that, very durable and fits description perfectly.

Quick review: Great quality. Straightforward to build. Packs easily. Travel friendly. Worth the money. Recommended!Main review: So much better than using my bathtub and I'm saving water too. After receiving it, I was excited to put it together and try it. I glanced at the instructions but didn't really need them as it's pretty straight forward to put together. Finding the hose pipe took me longer. 😅It's a little flimsy unfilled but once the water was loaded it looked a lot more stable and robust. I filled it too high and a ton of water poured over as I got in. 🤦It's well designed and great quality. Using it almost everyday and changed the water once ever 4/5 uses. Threw in some ice the other day and the difference was crazy! 🥶Still haven't managed to convince the wife to have a go. 🤣I didn't expect it to pack away so easily (after you drain it). I'm planning on taking this on a lads cottage trip and make them cold plunges.Overall, I'm really happy with and the results. I'm happy to recommend.On a side note, I have double shoulder impingement and pain on my right knee and ankle. Cold showers helped but cold plunges are so much more effective. This tub has vastly reduced the time and effort to have a plunge, though I still wince getting in every time.Hope this review is helpful to someone. 😊

The cold plunge is excellent and good value for money. It looks smart, does the job well and has remained inflated suitably. The unfortunate criticism that we have is the lid. The inflatable lid which sits internally on top of the water is too small even when fully inflated leaving water exposed to the elements. Most competitors seem to have a cover to go over the top as well which having now experienced the amount of leaves and dirt, flies etc that get into the tub seems absolutely essential unless you want to have a grimy plunge.Overall - I’d recommend entirely especially for people trying cold water plunging/immersion for the first time. Manufactures should really consider including a substantial lid

An excellent buy! Great customer service - all communication with questions to the seller was extremely polite, fast and helpful. I received a speedy delivery and the product was just as advertised.This is well made and took about 10-12 minutes to assemble. Inserting the 8 poles into the holes in the outside of the bath was very straightforward. Pumping up the ring on top of the bath and the lower ring didn’t take very long at all. Fitting the tap and pushing in the plug at the bottom was also very easy. Then all that’s left is to freeze the water pack and fill the bath with water.All around a wonderful purchase! I would 100% recommend buying this product from this company 😊

I have recently become interested in cold plunges, but never knew where to start. I purchased the Urban Ice Recovery tub, and was pleased with the fast shipping!This tub makes daily plunges very convenient! It is made of high quality materials, and is the perfect size for me. (5'4" female)I highly recommend this product to anyone interested in starting cold plunges or would like the convenience of daily cold plunges at home.

I was in the market for a cold plunge tub when I came across Urban Ice and they definately did not disappoint! I started looking into cold therapy to help ease my general soreness from strength training 6x a week along with physical labor from work so I was excited to give urban ice a try. Setup took at most 10 minutes, easy to follow the instructions and no tools required other than an air pump which they provide you with (I decided to use an air compressor which was overkill, it doesnt need too much air). Materials seem pretty strong, perfectly suitable for outdoor use. Alternatively, you can use the tub before training, or just simply as a morning routine in fact! Ive seen pretty big results regarding my overall energy since I’ve been using the tub in the morning. Usually I would hit a mid-day crash around noon. Ever since I’ve started the cold therapy in the morning, I’ve yet to experience a mid-day crash and my overall mood is better. Unbeatable for the price, I would highly reccomend it to anyone!

If you are looking for an ice tub get this one. I had tried it out after searching and wow. What a company. Day two I had a storm and had my tub get owned outside and two of the supports got broken. I reached out to purchase more poles and the company opted to send me a new tub for fear of further damage at no cost. They were so polite about the process.The tub is great. I have well water so I’m battling algae. But I’m 5’11 and fit just fine up to the neck. In the Midwest the only issue is keeping it cold during the summer. But I’m new at this so it’s a learning process. Either way not the tub’s fault. Great meaterial, sturdy, easy to put together(about 5minutes).Customer service alone is five stars.
