The Advanced Mitochondrial Formula has a good mix of ingredients but I'm not sure what justifies a near $100 pricetag. With ingredients like CoQ10, PQQ, and alpha-lipoic acid, it feels like a well-rounded approach to supporting healthy aging and cellular repair. I appreciate that it's gluten-free, vegan, and non-GMO, aligning with certain dietary preferences. Taking these tablets has become a part of my morning routine, and I've found that my stamina throughout the day has improved. It's refreshing to feel more energized and focused, and I enjoy knowing that I'm taking steps to support my mitochondrial health.

This advanced mitochondrial formula is packed full of good ingredients and supplements. It is difficult to quantify how much cellular repair is occurring and this might be one of those products you must use for a while to notice benefits. There were no bad side effects, and the supplement is easy to take and has no taste or odor. It is a little on the pricey side so consider that.

This is an interesting nutraceutical combination mostly relying on Niacinamide, curcumin and Acetyl-L-Carnitine, but also with quercitin, D-ribose, CoQ10, R-ALA, trans-resveratol, PQQ and Mg. Very interesting as these micronutrients (not all together) have been in a lot of formulas around anti-aging, brain support, exercise support, general immunity, sleep and general functions and various overall support areas. The doses for 2 capsules are in milligrams to thresholds that some seaparte studies on each may show some benefits, but I don't believe I have seen any on all of these in this combination. However, I have supplemented with most of the individuals items off/on, sometimes together even, especially during stressful and times when high energy was needed. Personally, I do believe these types of ingredients help when taken in these doses or smaller regularly. There have been some studies showing how these interact with the gut as well.I don't see any certifications on the bottle itself, but they are using some trademarked items and the brand has been reputable. So the cost is fair and if the ingredients match their quality levels, certainly a good value. I cannot comment on any immediate physical effects but feel a bit more sustained alertness on days I have taken this, without any side effects noticed. So I am considering this a good micronutrients blend for general cellular health.

There is nothing wrong with the supplement itself, and the niacin isn’t a dangerous amount although it can cause some side effects, but the problem with this is the price. Considering the ingredients, there is zero reason it has to be this expensive, because it’s not the only supplement of its kind to justify jacking up the price like that.

Everything looks good to me here. Packaged well, no weird odors. I've been using this for about a month now. I noticed less achy joints when lifting around the garden. Two capsules daily, one month supply.

I usually take CoQ10 and it helps with my energy so I thought why my try this with the extra supplements that are usually beneficial for energy. I like that it is gluten free and vegan plus GMO free. I am unsure of the quality of this product but for me this did nothing at all. My energy level was not increased or better, I was still quite fatigued throughout the day. I had no pain relief with my joints. I see more benefit with plain old CoQ10 alone. This is so overpriced for what it is and to not see any benefit. I would not order again. This also caused my to be nauseated during the day.
