Very satisfying to use this product. Very calming when you just need to fidget.

Got the diagnosis of Dermatilomania (an OCD subtype) and needed something to deter picking at my face. This works better than medicine, and is pretty discreet! I like all the cute colors so I can match them to outfits. They break sometimes, but are easily fit and there's so many of them it doesn't bother me. They fit small, but I prefer that as it keeps my attention on them. Gave my friends some and they enjoy playing with them when driving as it doesn't distract but gives their fingers something to mess with.

very practical and not very obvious fidget toy. good for sensory challenges, adhd, anxiety, etc. would recommend to anyone who likes fidgets or wants to be discrete when using them. i use a lot of fidgets, but this is my favorite! only challenge is they can break if you’re not careful, but you do get what you pay for

I provide these in my elementary classroom and the kids use them daily when they feel stressed out (during math...!) I like the colors too. Took off one star because some of them come apart easily. But otherwise, super handy.

This is a great value for the money. People either love or hate the way they feel. My adolescent therapy patients love these things! They are a little more snug than some of the other ones I have tried, but they will probably stretch out of you need them to considering they are made from thin metal. That being said, I am cautious about who I give them to, they easily pull apart and can be used to cut or poke things. Overall, would buy again!

I've been using these rings and hand them to everyone I know for months. Maybe it was just this brand, but more than half of them have come apart at the spring and I cannot fix them. They're great for anxiety, but it scares the daylights out of you when they snap apart. They all come in one standard size so they're tighter on larger fingers. Be careful trying to stretch them just a tiny bit because they don't hold well.

I bought these for the people I support and everyone loves them. They really are relaxing when you use them. The colors are great. Don't pull on them too hard or they will break, but otherwise they are sturdy.

My OT (occupational therapist) gave me one for my thumb. I ordered these because I was afraid I would lose the one. Many of my coworkers thought it was cool so I knew I would be sharing. They love to use them as fidget toys and I use it to try to help after thumb surgery (and as a fidget toy).
