Nice piece
First one came and stopped working immediately, the customer service was awesome they sent a replacement with in a couple of days of contacting them.

I got this few weeks ago and it’s nice! It has many fire display settings and heat settings. It was easy to install and looks attractive. It heats my basement entertainment area well that’s about 20x20 feet. We were so excited to get this!

Very beautiful and low price
very valuable for the price. You can change different color.and heat level. There is also a remote control. Provide the heat and not dry like AC. I like it so much. And the price is really reasonable.

Not too bad, remote is tricky
Looks pretty slick in the wall, puts off enough heat to help on really cold evenings and sets the ambiance. At first the remote wouldnt work, but I had already installed and somehow the remote works now after a few hours of being plugged in.

Only thing I was worried about was the condition of the shipping box. It had a few holes in it. But I took everything out an it was packed well. Even had a board on top an bottom. So I’ve had it working now for 8hours an it works great. Lots of lighting options as well as temperature settings and sleep settings. Very well made. It’s $60 off at the moment. Take advantage of it if you’ve been thinking of getting one.

Heater would not stay on
This is a very nice looking fireplace. Instructions are not very clear. Also heater wouldnt stay on forore than 2 minutes. I believe this is probably a very good product. BUT I believe this one was defective and in the responding correspondence via email, I felt whoever was responding to me felt I couldn't understand instructions. I did EVERYTHING I was instructed to do and STILL couldn't get the heater to stay on.
