Was perfect fit and built very well
Towed trailer fron Tennessee to Florida, product worked grest.

Easy for 80 year old lady to use it.
I gave my trailer with the hitch to my grandson so I needed to rent a U-Haul to transport a large auction item for 30 miles. It was cheaper and easier than hiring a handyman. It made me feel independent because it was so easy. I easily remove it for car wash and keep it in the back of my Toyota Highlander so I always know where to find it. Now when I go antiquing I don’t have to worry about how I will get my treasure home.

Be aware that the ball is 50mm not 2".
The ball is 50mm instead of 2" as advertised. Didn't matter to me cause I planned on replacing it with a 2 5/16" anyway.

Seems loose
I got this to tow a small trailer and it feels really loose in the receiver. It moves up and down and clunks very loudly every time it moves. I had to wrap some padding and tape around it to reduce this noise. That doesn’t fix it but it certainly is better.

partial welds
so I got this hitch because of the back support for this hitch. To my surprise this product is partially welded I understand it has enough weld for the job but it still looks bad, so I buffed it up and welded a pass around the metal with 3/32 7018 welding rod got some black paint and painted now it's better but for around 50$ do better I like the way they supported the hitch but still get better welding out there or at least a better q/a
