Great quality and looks the part !No leakage , good lid that fits well , its durability feels good and keeps the drink warm for a reasonable time,great value.would recommend to anyoneIt made a great gift .

Not a heat retaining mug.
This isn’t an insulated thermal cup.It’s is just a standard mug with a lid and is prone to breakage / damage just like a normal pottery mug. Buyer beware. Nice mug for use at home, I certainly would not like to take out travelling.

Nice
Very nice mug but don't think it's good for traveling. Its rather to enjoy your hot coffee at work. I bought it for a present and was a bit disappointed that it came in a damaged box (only for that I am giving 4 stars)

Good insulation
I needed an insulated cup with a lid that wasn’t plastic and this fits the bill perfectly and has worked well
