This is a nice bag. It’s faux leather but looks good. The colour is really nice and exactly what I wanted. I’m normally a handbag snob and like good quality leather bags but wanted this style and colour of bag but can’t afford the price tag at the moment and need a work bag. I have a lot in it and there is still plenty room. I like how you can use it cinched in which is more secure and takes the bag from a tote style bag to a hobo style bag.My issues with it is that the extra strap isn’t much use as it is only slightly longer than the other straps so not much use in my opinion. An adjustable crossbody strap would be better.Also I’m not loving the tan/orange internal colour but some people might like it.Finally I won’t use the small attached bag. It’s a nice touch but a matching pouch/clutch would be better. The zip is narrow which makes it difficult to get my long puree in and out. It would be nicer if that was also the burgundy colour.All in all I like it. It is well made and a useful bag. Arrived quickly and can’t complain for the price.

The bag is well worth the money. Ideal work bag as it holds a lot. Color is great. Would certainly recommend.

I had this bag on my wish list for a while, but the colour I wanted sold out, so happy that they restocked it. I love this bag. I did have a minor issue with it, which was resolved by the seller within hours.The bag definitely looks more expensive and is a great size without it feeling like a massive bag, it has great depth. Would have preferred silver hardware rather than gold, but still a lovely bag.I purchased the light blue, which I thought I would only use for summer, but colour is gorgeous, not too bright, so may use throughout winter too. I am also considering getting another colour.The storage inside is great too, it has an insert which is detachable and a number of zipped and open pockets, which is really helpful to find small items in a large bag. I won't be using the longer strap, as the two small straps fit nicely on my shoulders.Only issue is it does smell a bit, but another customer has stated that this smell does go. It would have been nice for it to have a zip at the top of the bag instead of a press stud, but then I don't think you could have the depth to it that it has, so not a problem.I usually buy my bags from Dune, but glad I found a cheaper alternative.

the bag is nice, size is nice...however, the way it was folded to be transported has created creases that will not disappear and makes it look odd

The bag is well made, elegant, the material is medium soft, plenty of space inside, and the most important it is not from real leather.

It looks beautiful, but the packaging was very badly done, only with a piece of hard paper in the middle of the bag, I manage the terrible smell with Febreze. I don,t like to send things back, still waiting for the material to recover

Bag bought as Christmas gift. Arrived in sturdy box with handbag packed in a thin cotton bag for protection and this was sealed inside a clear plastic bag.As a previous buyer stated, the handbag has an awful odour similar to fish. I compare smell more to cat urine. I had to wipe handbag and let it air for two days before gift wrapping.Even after my daughter unwrapped her gift she could still smell the odour. She really liked the bag so opted to let it air a further 3 days.The smell is the only negative. Although I felt bag was a bit smaller in size than I expected, it suites my daughter as her Mac book fits inside fine. Plenty of room in the detachable middle purse and the detachable straps are ideal too.
