Q: How spacious is the front pocket? It says 2.5" thick, can you easily zip it with something like ear protection in the pouch?

Just in one pocket alone I have my over the ear, ear protection, two sets of range glasses and inner ear buds as well. My next two pockets in tht same area hold my ammo boxes and tools. It is super spacious and zips easily.

Q: Is the inside divided into 3 sections, 2 sections for rifles and a third with pockets for pistols and other gear?

The case has 3 zippered sections. The main case is for 2 rifles (pay attention to length you need) that are decided by a pad. 2nd section is for handguns. 4 as I recall. Third section is for other stuff you need for the range. It has several pouches with velcro closures. Much nicer than their other case which leaves the pouches exposed and no way to lock them. Great case and Savior makes TSA cable locks (set of 4) which match the tan case. You might want to google the case online cause after I got it I found it for $75-79 with free shipping from some firearms stores.

It's pretty sturdy. I doubt you'd have an easy time folding it. As for weight, it's what you'd expect for a durable soft case. Not extremely lightweight, but definitely not 10 pounds. A comfortable weight.

Q: Is this made in the US?

Company headquarters is in california. So they are designed there, made in china for them. Great bag though. It was well designed. Ships in a box, which is size of case and not folded
