Compared to my other modern running shoes it lacks either cushy cushion or springy bounceIt feels a little more old school traditional in that it’s padded and cushioned enough but not a ton, foot feels lower to the ground (lower stack height), and it’s a little agile and simpleSo it depends what you’re looking for. Long runs where you want protection from asphalt maybe not. Added spring to your step with a super foam this isn’t it. But it fits well, lockdown is good, padded enough for most, has some spring kinda it’s not totally dead, feels good to run in generally looks great and price is rightTL:DR it’s light and simple and agile
