Field Artist Masters Watercolor Flask Palette - Complete Set

I purchased this Field Artist flask palette, as well as the $29.99 kit for outdoor sketching and painting. I had the good fortune to use this pro kit at our local park today, and it's exquisite both in design thoughtfulness, and professional half pan paints. I was so relieved and happy to see that the paints in the kit contain no white or black, and better--colors that are not typical. This kit is superbly crafted by Italian artisans, and the case is so well made, it'll last for decades. And it came with a sable brush! I was SO excited to put water into the tin by unscrewing a solid, heavy brass screw. No leakage. And the adorable, thoughtful water pan attaches to the right side of the tin. I had an opportunity to see the blue enamel kit (empty) on Amazon, and while it was lovely and a quality product, it was also $450+, and over a year in waiting! Don't know about you, but I'm an instant gratification gal, and was thrilled to take my GORGEOUS palette and flask in one small tote bag! Absolutely no waste in this kit, and was beautiful. I often take it out, look it over--again, and it's rare that an art product can create such a sense of joy and satisfaction. Sounds silly, I know, but it's THAT nice. I've not seen this palette on Amazon before, so I can only imagine something this wonderful will only be around for a short time. I heard one person state that they'd had their kit for over 35 years! And I can attest to the quality. You won't be disappointed.

This is a very well made unique product, Perfect for travel and outside painting. fits in the palm of my hand and is very convenient to use. I like that it comes with a travel size brush and paint. I fell sure to have this for many many years to come

If you were to fill center tray with four more color block. No place for paint brush, lid won’t close. Doesn’t matter though, usually have additional carrier for brushes.

Everything I have been looking for in a portable kit. Colors are strong and so is the kit. So very pleased overall.

I really like the feel of these watercolors. I bought for the pallet I didn’t expect the watercolors to be so awesome 👏 not gritty pigment is color is great. Very nice for travel You could throw this in your purse It’s so compact ❣️

I was given this as a gift and am very pleased with it. I am a sketcher and this box of colors is a really handy size. The little drawstring bag keeps the paint box clean--and catches a drip or two, as well. The box has a very solid feel to it which keeps it steady in your palm as you paint with it. Love the thumb hold too. The color set is a good basic group that mix to make vibrant secondaries and neutrals. I use this indoors and out. Indoors I am working out designs for upcoming larger artworks and this set is convenient to do so while relaxing in my favorite chair in the evening. Since I'm a bit of a fair weather plein air painter, I'll wait til it gets above 30 degrees to paint outside. An all around good quality set for indoors or in plein air.
