Good as described
I would say for the most part so far so good! But I guess I should add that I am 5’3 and the handles are a little like high for me! I mean they are okay but I think I might like it a little less down!To me it’s great it saves me 10 dollars in a car ride twice a day! It about less than a mile one way & it takes me about 5 min so it great for me beats walking! & the speed is great! The charging and the hold for charge is good too! It’s a great buy for an affordable price!

I Cut My Commute Time In Half
I was browsing scooters for about a year, uncertain if I was getting a luxury item. I wondered if I were buying myself an urban jetski I'd seldom use and then for only recreation. I was wrong. I live close to my work, but this scooter cuts my commute time in half because I have no stops and can zip through parking lots. This scooter folds up nicely and is well hidden and out of the way at my workplace. It's light enough to carry down the stairs of my apartment comfortably. In my option, it's the kind of weight that is healthy for a man to be comfortable carrying with one arm down a flight of stairs. It also fits perfectly in the back of my small SUV, and it looks incredibly cool when you pull a smaller vehicle out of your car like you are from the future. I might get a second one. Two will fit in the back of my car for sure. There is an app. Despite other reviews, YOU DO NOT NEED THE APP. You can turn the headlight on by double pressing the power button and quickly shift gears without it. It is cool to have the app, though. You can lock the scooter with the app. Without the app, you can't lock it, making the wheels not move properly. There are 3 gears. ECO, which tops out at 10mph and seems most safe. Then there's "D,." It tops out at 15mps, and things start to get dangerous downhill, but it's fun. Then there's "S" mode, maybe "Sports" mode. The manual says 18 or 20mps, but you can gain momentum. Be careful with S Mode. I'm not trying to show off or race competitively. I use ECO mode almost exclusively, and the battery life is great for my short commutes. I should be charging it more than I do, but I use Eco mode. I barely have to charge it once or twice a week and then only if I feel like it. It's never gone dead on me.I know this thing is reducing wear and tear on my car. I've made so many trips on it; if I translated it into starting and driving my car plus gas consumption, it seems beneficial. I don't know if it is saving me money, but I suspect it probably is.

worked good for about 9 months
My son loved this for just under 9 months. He rarely used it for the first 3 months due to weather (bought for his birthday in late November) but around month number 6 started using it daily for the 1-mile commute to school. A few months later it stopped working. Sent an email to customer support but got no answer. After reading reviews it appears they will only honor a 6-month warranty, so I am buying another brand for my son with better warranty and customer service reviews. Looks like you get what you pay for in quality.***After going to at least 3 different places, this thing is unrepairable. was told the battery is "garbage" and have been unable to find another battery for scooter model specs. Not even on their website. Never heard back from customer support email. Determined this is a scooter only good for a season or two of good weather. It will not last through months of storage during cold weather.

Awesome Scooter
Bought this for our son after his electric motorbike died. This scooter is awesome and goes way faster than his motorbike did. Very sturdy and everything seems well put together and durable. Easy to use and connect to App to control. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the battery doesn't seem to last as long as advertised. Could be because he rides full speed most of the time! 😁 We love this scooter.

So far, an amazing scooter compared to my last one three years ago.
The price I paid on Amazon was low. There were others that were faster but this one had the best intersection of price, quality and favorable ratings (that I could find). My previous scooter was a lot like this one but slower by 5mph (8kph) and had less range. I haven't been able to do a full range test because I unboxed it this morning only, but it's fast for a $300 scooter (20mph/31kph).The main feature in highly recommend that is not that common are the solid (not inflatable) wheels. You might think... "solid wheels? How unomfortable!"But they have hollowed out spaces that absorb shock. And trust me, the innertubes on tiny 6 inch wheels are a PAIN to keep inflated and often impossible to find replacement tubes to match three original specs. These solid wheels kick butt and you won't be sorry you skipped the tubes that need to be pumped every two weeks before they fail and need replacing after a year.

Great price and better mileage
I've had a ninebot scooter before this and this has been far better. I used to be very limited in where I could go before I got this scooter. Now I'm traveling my entire city on a single charge. It honestly ridiculous how good this scooter is. If it could charger quicker it'd be perfect. That being said I'll take a 4 hour charge that can take me 17 miles over a 1 hour charge that won't take me 2 miles before I need to turn back. It's also easy to carry over the last scooter I had. Putting it in a cart is very easy. I have no trouble going into a Walmart with it.

Awesome Scooter
I absolutely love my new scooter! Needed a way to ride around my neighborhood and this was a perfect purchase. The scooter is super advanced, you download this cool app, which controls the scooter and lets you know what speed you’re in. You can even ride in cruise control. It has a bell, and a taillight and headlight for safety. The scooter itself is sturdy, I’m a big dude (220 lbs) and it’s supportive. It’s also taller than most motorized scooters, a big plus as so many scooters are too short.I spun the block on it today and give this scooter 10/10
