This is a quality high strength berberine. I'm not someone who puts just anything in my body, so having researched the company as well any and gotten the 3rd party testing, I agreed to try these.I measure my glucose level regularly and so long as I'm using a high quality berberine, it's very well controlled. So my only alternative here is to check my glucose levels and if they are higher than expected, then that should relate to the quality and strength of what I'm using. This supplement is incredible! Let me give you a bit of backstory, I'll try to keep it condensed.I'm in my early 50s, had 5 kids, always been in shape, very active, only eat Whole Foods, gluten free (because I cook for 2 celiac family members) NEVER eat fast food and my only liquid is water and morning coffee.That being said I went through menopause, relatively uneventfully. I have not had any issues in using it for four months. Prior to starting this my A1-C was 6.4. After 90 days on a retest I was at 6.0, and the blood sugar had improved as well. At month four I have also dropped about 15 lbs. and I am almost at my playing weight while in college 40 years ago. I don’t late night snack like I always did, but I’m not sure if taking this has curbed my appetite. I still pretty much eat what I want, but I’ve never been a big eater of sweets. Bread and pasta are my problem

This did not meet my expectations from jump. The pills were off yellow and brown. There is not a legit contact number for this brand. I wanted to ask can they be this off in color, but there’s no one to reach out to. I am leaving a review to help you NOT spend your money. There’s no refund and you only have yourself to blame on taking a chance on a supplement that looks suspect.

I have been ordering the 90 count for the last few months and had no issues. I recently decided to try the 180 count to save money via the offered discounts. The first order a few weeks ago appeared to be good condition on the outside but when I opened the protective seal, all the capsules were coated in a bright yellow powder, which seems to be from exploded capsules. I couldn’t find any that seemed popped but every one of them was coated in the yellow powder. I got a refund for that and decided to try again. Same thing. I’m not sure what the difference is between the way the 90 count and 180 are produced or packaged but this tells me I may have to stick with the 90 count in the future. Now I have to swallow these capsules with something sweet to kill the bitterness of the powder.
