So far I'm flabbergasted by this portable coffee machineThis model (NS) comes with a soft travel sleeve. It can be very protective. Nice and compact for easy transport.I found it works better Nespresso capsules. The own glass cup is a nice touch. Stainless steel pump mechanism, water tank and chamber. Everything feels premium!If you're interested in the product, here is essay of tips:1.Make sure to use boiling hot water. The hotter the water, the better the coffee.2.Make sure the glass cup that collects the coffee is hot. Preheat the cup by pouring hot water in it. If the glass is cold, the coffee will be lukewarm.3.When uncapping the lid/pump, be careful. There is pressure in the chamber still and the top may pop up and some left over water may spray out. Make sure to pump the excess water out of the pump.4.The nozzles and holes are very easy to clean.5.There are sharp blades in the area where the coffee capsules and you need to be careful not to hurt your finger while cleaning, even if the area only need to rinse it with water.Overall, this is a good value for money!!!

Within 2 weeks, machine is no longer working. The overall build is not sturdy enough, and cannot take the pressure of the water being pushed through the coffee capsule. Instead, water is leaking out of the side connections, rather than going through the coffee capsule, so unable to get a decent espresso coffee, only water, with a small hint of coffee. Don't waste your money on this product.

My attempt to brew an original line Nespresso pod in this portal machine did not yield the best results. The crema was significantly less, and the taste was off. I had go this to take to the office so I could enjoy a Nespresso drink at work with a full machine. However if I can't master this at home, I think it might just collect dust when I can simply brew a K cup in the break room instead.

This is a great way to have Nespresso on the travel!When I first used it, I was amazed by how to use it. It’s toooo easy!!! and it’s of good quality,strong and very easy to clean.Portability: This is meant to travel. So this thing works great! With just a bit of boiling water, this would work well for camping too.Easy to operate：- Unscrew the top after removing the cup/cover and then insert a pod.- screw the top back on tight enough to pierce the pod.- fill with hot water to the tank next to the pump handle.- unlock the pump handle and then pump (I usually pump for about 1minute).- until empty. Remove pod and recycle if possible.This machine’s pumping action is vertical and it is much easier to operate.Easy to clean:This machine is clean to operate. Only need to clean the glass cup.Overall, if you're looking for a solid cup of espresso and are especially concerned with portability, I don't think you have to do more research. Go with this machine.

This is cute and great for portablebility. But it is a little bit smaller and a little more work than what I was expecting or wanting for my office. But to take on a camping trip it would be great

This product is just what we were looking for. We often stay in a hotel that has poor quality, coffee encased in a flat paper pod. We like to take our own K cups on vacation and use the hot water from the coffee machine. By not having a heating element, this item is much less expensive, and also much lighter to carry. We take it everywhere!

The bottom part that screws into the main unit, the tabs just broke off and made a huge mess but now the capsule holder will not screw into the espresso maker. The plastic that is made out of seems sort of brittle and a little bit grainy so I’m not sure if this is a widespread problem———————————I highly recommend using gloves for the first several times you use this thing to avoid scolding your hands with second-degree burns. Nothing about this is watertight and the hot water reservoir has a tendency to leak out and burn the crap out of your hands.You certainly should not tilt the device whatsoever and you have to be patient and let it finish dripping out and cool off. Or else you’re going to get burned.With all those caveat this thing actually works and no one was more surprised than me. You get espresso and you get crema. You don’t get thick rich Crema like it says in the marketing but you do get Crema. It’s quick to use an easy and convenient as long as you have a readily available source of hot water like a kettle. And this thing takes up much less space than a Nespresso. This is perfect for people on the go or camping or at the office or simply people who don’t drink espresso very often. i’m in a position to get free capsules even though I do not own an Nespresso machine so this works perfect for me. I didn’t want to make the investment or take up the counter space of a full-time unit, I have a really good espresso machine but sometimes I just want something quick and easy.It’s all plastic but it seems to be made of a high-quality kind of plastic so hopefully it will last. And much to my surprise it really does work. Just be careful!

I accidently ordered the version which only works with Nespresso pods and at first didn't know how to make this work. I was able to get a refillable Nespresso pod which has worked perfectly in this little coffee maker. Honestly, I didn't expect this to work very well if at all, but it has surprisingly way surpassed my expectations. Easy to use once you figure it out and easy to clean up when you are finished. I have mine at the office which is great when colleagues and I want a quick espresso without going down to the coffee shop.

Does not give hot coffee, you put boiling water on top and when it comes out it’s lukewarm, returned it. Not for me.

It works pretty well. I use it for work as there is no expresso machine

Works great for camping… I do run it twice to have enough coffee but it’s so much tastier and normal then instant!
