I was not happy with the coffee and wrote an unflattering review. The seller obviously cares about the product and the people who purchase it. Without any request from me, they sent me an offer to refund my purchase price. I was totally shocked, but it shows that there are still people who take pride in their products and want customers to be happy. Although I won’t order this particular product again, I will definitely go back to their store to shop for something I’d like better

I bought this for our hotel guests. I've not heard any complaints so it must be good.
