What's to say, it is "the business"!

I cannot fathom what size I'm supposed to buy in this hat. I bought a previous one which was too big (I'm a 60/61) and it was more like a 63. Then I sent it back and bought the next size down. It's still too big, and on top of that I don't feel like sending it back because I had to go to the post office to do the last one and pay for sending it back. If I do that again I'll be paying as much for returns as buying the hat. The problem is the sizes don't make sense. I just want a size 60, but can't find that in the list. Then, even worse, whereas the first hat (the one I returned) came in a deep box and was perfectly formed and looked great, the second hat came squashed in a flat box and it has folds and crinkles that won't come out. So even if it did fit, it's misshapen. I'm disappointed by the whole experience. If I got a size 60 that wasn't squashed it would be a great hat!!

Looks the part but a bit stiff

The quality of the hat can not be faulted. I have bought other hats from other suppliers that are bought as XL and they fit really well, but this hat is just too big. Is it made large for the size, or is it sized wrong?

Arrived is a few days. Good quality would have got five stars but but a little big.But I love it. It a men hat but a woman and love it.
