Still getting used to it after only a few days but it was very well received when gifted. Works as advertised but careful Pronunciation is needed for voice commands. Could be '...practice makes perfect...'

I had originally given a 1 star since the product broke after just a few months. Customer service has been extremely helpful and is sending a replacement. The company is very nice to deal with!

It looks life like, is soft, weighted, moves & meows. I had to push kind of hard to get it make heartbeat sound, pur only seems to trigger off ears. They should make cheaper model that just does random movements, meows vs interactive robotic part as only works when say 'Metacat' first. That should just be 'Kitty' or 'Cat' as was buying for my mom with dementia and she wont remember that so basic features work best and should lower cost significantly so it's more like a Furby. Also didn't like eyes changing to check marks or other emojis after commands. So for those 2 things and very high cost, returned it vs giving as a gift.

Beautiful kitty, but very slow to respond to touch, has not responded to voice or motion. I would return it but for the fact that I bought it for my husband, he has dementia and does not understand and got upset when I mentioned sending it back. Another complaint I have is the instructions are very vague.I had previously bought a sweet little orange tabby, much less expensive that is very good. Don't buy this kitty, do buy the orange tabby.

Easy to work.

She is adorable. I paid $229.00 for her, if I remember right. I can't find my order on Amazon. After 3 months they removed it from my order list. The reason I gave a two star review on the original purchase is because I tried to change the batteries and the screw won't go in the hole that tightens the cover to battery container. Tried to get customer support and they responded within a couple days. They sent me another cat, a much better made one and with more functions which I received in just over a weeks time. This one is far superior to the one I bought originally. It is rechargeable and comes with a c cord. You have to just plug in the C cord that comes witb it into the port in the compartment underneath her. There is no more need to change the batteries, at all. She operates on voice commands and hand movements.The papers that come with it say it has 180 day warranty. I have had this original cat since January 2023, it is April 5 now. Hasn't been 180 days. On the previous one shown here, I tried to change the batteries 3 times previously and after much difficulty it finally worked but this time, the 4th time, it didn't. I contacted Chongkers, and they responded in a 24-36 hours. They have a great product and they seem to have worked the gliches out, now. Since Chongkers responded to my satisfaction, very favorably, I will change my feedback to 5 star because she is so adorable, and she works in a similarly life-like manner to a real cat. She is the most life-like looking cat as well, compared to all the others.The purpose for my buying her, is because I cannot have a real pet. I am 73 and cannot afford a real cat for health reasons. My one major consideration is they get under your feet and could cause a fall. I cannot take care of a cat litter or take a dog for walks. Then there is expensive vet bills, and food. She works as shown in the video now, and I am very pleased. The original cat was very disappointing, but the superior rechargeable replacement they sent is wonderful. I love her allot. It is very calming and peaceful for me. She is very soft and nice to pet. They send a nice comb with the cat to comb her fur. Thank you Chongkers, and Larry for your great customer service. I will try to do the video this week.
