Faulty
Purchased 2. One worked fine for about 9 months then started crackling. Reported the fault to the manufacturer who sent a replacement in less than a week with no fuss, couldn’t fault them

Defective, makes a funny noise
Ordered the pair, so far one is OK but the other is malfunctioning with weird crackling noise. I've contacted the seller but no reply, so will be returning
