Water sits on top
The product is meant to be protecting the plants from the bugs whilst allowing the rain to go through. This does not happen. Whilst trying to water with a light sprinkle from a watering can it started to pool on top. Rain is crazy puddles!

Did it’s job.
I bought this to keep birds off of seeds and it was great, I put a lot of wild flower seeds down and they have grown splendidly just waiting now for them to flower.
