Winsor & Newton 500ml Medium Acrylic Glazing

The matt medium provided a brilliant quality base which allowed me to paste a large poster on to a canvas, videos advised to apply it on top of the poster too, but this left streaky marks, so i later went over this with PVA glue to prive a gloss finish to the canvas as well as covering up marks.A brilliant product, and extra fabulous, as it makes rather a lot of mess, but washes out with water.

Great for sealing acrylic paintings. Covers well and brought out the colours. Used to seal the edges of linen fabric too, to stop fraying..

With art materials it pays to go for the name brand. Unless you are a top artist able to fork out £50 for a tub of colour, Windsor and Newton are a, great alternative. Their stuff was used by Turner himself and you know what your getting. Good usable medium and goes very far in use. Will buy more. Quick delivery.

This medium is a great alternative to water and leaves a really smooth finish. I love Windsor and Newton products - great quality for artists and always worth the price. It is a really large bottle and lasts for a very long time. I've had it for over a year and it still works just as well.

Love how it makes an acrylic paint feel like you are using an Oil paint. Gives it a nice feel and does a wonderful job of covering the surface. Then evens out with no brush strokes.I will be using this all the time!

Je mets une très mauvaise note car le pot de medium que j'ai reçu ne convient pas du tout.En effet, j'ai déjà utilisé cette marque, même modèle taille etc. par le passé et produit correspondait totalement à mes attentes.Là j'ai été livré d'un pot qui a mon avis était mal conservé. La matière est extrêmement visqueuse, il faut très fortement forcer pour faire sortie cette sorte de pate du pot. Donc le medium est inexploitable => DIRECT A LA POUBELLE.Si j'avais su avant de l'ouvrir je l'aurais renvoyé, là c'est trop tard.Bref, vous avez compris ce n'est pas le produit qui pose problème c'est la conservation.
