Maruchan - Seimen Japanese Instant Ramen Noodles Saltiness 18.5oz (For 5 Bowls)

My daughter loves this ramen when paired with an egg it’s perfection 10/10 delicious.

Flavor is great. Texture of noodles is great. Yes, the noodles are sightly thicker which is normal for Shio and Miso flavored broth, and Tonkotsu broth usually has thinner noodles cooked lightly, hence harder texture. Yes, some people may find the broth greasy but that’s how I like it.They go great with sweet corn, a little bit of butter (yes more grease, and this does not work for Shoyu flavor), thinly sliced spring onion, and made me feel like I’m back in Sapporo, Hokkaido.But I have a warning for my fellow ramen loving friends.CHECK THE EXPIRY DATEMy order expired on the day it arrived...Amazon is the only place I can get a quick Japanese fix at reasonable prices and very quickly. This was the first time the food item arrived (almost) expired but then their Nissin Seafood Noodles cups I recently ordered had perfume/deodorant absorbed into the noodles because of how they had been stored. So I’m disappointed a little.Maruchan’s Seimen series is my favorite song with Myojo Chukazanmai & Nissin Raoh.

Delicious but pricey. Bought for nostalgia because we'd lived in Japan for a year.

I haven’t had this in years and only way I came across it was that I had exchange student from Japan that her parents sent her some while she was in the states and it was so good!

My friend gave me this noodle as gift from Japan and I loved it. Unfortunately, I was not able to find this noodle in the oriental/Japanese grocery store. I was so happy that I found on Amazon! I love the texture of this noodle. It is great with boiled eggs and green onions. Soup is very light salt flavor, so if you like deep soup base, you might not enjoy as much as I do.

These noodles are a bit thicker than the usual and they take up the salty flavor very well.Embellished with a few veggies and maybe some small shrimp this makes a decent dinner.

Great square noodle soup, very lightly salted, with a delicious taste. I cut the noodles shorter, so they don't fall off the spoon, but they work fine as is with chopsticks. Packets are easy to open and are recyclable. Nice!

Noodle are nice...bit thicker than I prefer. I liked very much.
