Would have been better
The product seems good but it would have been better if you can change and manage the passwords through the app. You can only add/ delete passwords on this item not in the app which is not convenient. I cannot connect it as well with Alexa even after connecting it with the Tuya app. For me, it's not that totally smart at all. Also, you have to carefully check the holes in your door and compare the dimensions of this product so you won't end up hiring someone to fix it.
