No, there’ll be some wasted seeds that budgies won’t eat. You’ll be best just buying a mix specific for budgies.

Q: Is this good for zebra finches

Some of this seed mix is fine for finches but for them to get the right nutrition I would provide seeds for finches. The term Aviary Mix is a bit confusing and it would not sustain cocktails or finches which are commonly found along side budgies in aviary. I buy this simply for my budgies and I feed the wild birds with the sunflower seeds which budgies don't eat.

Q: Is this suitable for budgies?

Yes they can eat this food but why not get a food that is made for your type of bird ,Which would be much better in the long run for their wellbeing.
