Simple

I have known the author for nearly 17 years. I can say unequivocally he does two things better and more profusely than most....sweat and teach the Word of God. He absolutely will not deny one of those two! When he is doing both at the same time from the pulpit on a Sunday morning, you get the impression this man not only loves God but moreso experiences the love of God soo personally and practically it fuels his desire to see everyone, everywhere share in the amazing, radically Grace filled love God has for everyone. This is the heart of this book. If you find yourself wrestling with the struggles of humanity and what looks and feels like a less than miraculous experience with faith, God or religion, Brian simply (as the title states) and Biblically illustrates how to restore power, purpose and a renewed personal relationship with Jesus in daily life. Turn off your phone and invest an hour reading this book in what I know Brian has prayed (with sweaty brow) will be an encounter with God that will transform the mundane into the miraculous. Thank you Brian for trusting God's Word and showing us how great a love He has for us!

This book came to me at just the right moment though as a follower of Jesus, I won't call it a coincidence. I read this book the first time through and immediately added four more copies to my cart for friends I cant wait to gift this to. "Simple" is an easy and quick read that has a lasting and powerful impact and I will look forward to reading it over and over again. Brain Hollands writes "I'm convinced that it is time to say goodbye to overworked and ineffective lives and ministries and get back into the true call that Christ invites us into: the miraculous mundane" and "you CAN dent eternity. How? By doing this one thing: fill jars." Its time I start filling some more jars and I encourage you to read how you can too.

I have loved the Lord the majority of my life. Being a person who hates injustice and when people are hurting. I often feel like I can’t do enough to better the world.
