Gearbox GBX Elongated Pickleball Paddle, 16mm

This is the best pickleball paddle I’ve ever used. I’ve purchased many paddles, from a cheap-o at a large superstore to a moderately priced paddle to a high priced ($249) paddle, none of these offered the versatility and continued quality of the GBX paddle. The GBX paddle I have is well balance, light weight, provides extreme power when needed, and is great for creating a spin on the ball. I have yet to identify a “dead zone” on this paddle. Thus far I’ve addressed the great quality of the GBX paddle, now I’ll address the great concern for the customer post sale by the GBX Company. Shortly after buying my GBX paddle I had a question about where to buy extra rubber o-rings on the paddle. The GBX Customer Service person quickly responded to my question and went further asking if there was anything else to enhance my enjoyment and experience with this paddle. This emphasis and concern towards the customer is a quality not often seen by company’s but is very much appreciated by me. It also demonstrates that the Gearbox company is more than just a seller of a high quality product line, but it is also a company that goes the extra mile and strives to do what they can to to enhance the experience of the buyers of your products. This paddle came recommended. Seems to be mid to upper end. Our other paddles came in a 2 pack. You can see this one is higher quality.

Has a solid feel when contacting the ball, nice spin ability, great power.

You can get better products from Gearbox. I would rather get a CX14 at this price vs this one. It had pretty decent control though vs the CX14.For a beginner this could be a good paddle, has decent spin. It not on the top of my list for a gearbox paddle.

I demo’d this paddle during a drill session and fell in love with the power it added to my game. It is an all-around great paddle.
