Great design for children's party hat!
The elastic that held hat to head wasn't strong enough. Design was lovely but strength wasn't great. More for a small child's head than an adults!

Did the job for a retirement party
When these arrived couldn’t believe they were so small !! However I must say after putting them together & putting sellotape on the joins & on top of the elastic at each side, these were excellent for 7 adults to keep on all afternoon & not one came apart. Highly recommended these hats but only 4 stars because of the size
