This product is the worst considering it is supposed to be a meaningful thing. I purchased this for my mums grave. It had been on her grave for one week and it discoloured and rusted. I was really disappointed and upset to be honest because it was a gift for my mum and it was spoilt.I contacted the seller with photographic proof and their initial reaction was to ignore me. They only responded after I said I was going to contact Amazon and review them. When they finally responded they basically said ‘what do you want us to do’. Although it wasn’t expensive it was the principle so I asked for a refund and they basically bombarded me with ridiculous questions and wanting of proof…eg…the packaging it was in and several other stupid requests. It’s obvious it was purchased from them. Obvious it was rusted and yet that wasn’t good enough for them.

Unlike the picture, this came with one side dull with areas of rust but the other side was a shiny metal colour. Unfortunately, the word Mum had been written on the side that was dull with rusty bits!Sent seller several emails but have heard nothing at all. Would not recommend item or seller
