Quality of this pillow is very good BUT it sleeps very warm. Regardless of how much fill is removed, there doesn't seem to be a good support level for the head and neck.

This had been my favorite pillow the last 2 months, it's very customizable for your needs. Took a little bit to get it just how I wanted it, I guess you could say to fing my comfort spot.We now have these all over the house. The only thing that I can point out is that it gets warmer than I would like. Listing says cooling pillow. Give it a shot! 4 🌟

The filling in this memory foam pillow is shredded memory foam, and the pillow comes with ALOT of it. I haven't slept on memory foam before, so it took me a night or two to get used to it. It's been about two weeks now, and I must say I really like it.When the package arrived, it included two vacuum-sealed bags. The first bag contained the pillow wrapped up like a jelly roll, and the second contained extra memory foam. The product description states different fills for different comfort levels: stomach sleepers more fill; back sleepers medium fill; and side sleepers less fill. It is nice that there are options.When you open the vacuum-sealed bag, the pillow expands and is enormous! It was so big I did not have a pillowcase big enough to fit it. Since I'm not a stomach sleeper, I took some of the filling out to get it to a more comfortable size. It was still hard to get a king pillowcase on it, but I eventually found one that fit.The pillow itself comes with two pillowcases, each with zippers. The inner pillowcase holds the shredded memory foam, and the zipper allows easy access for adding and removing the fill. The second pillowcase is quilted material and is very well-made. However, the zipper isn't the best because the teeth separated. I was able to fix it by unzipping and zipping it up again, but I don't know how many more times I can do this to fix it before it permanently gets stuck. It may have separated because there is still too much fill in the pillow, so I will take a little more out and hope it solves the problem. And after that, I will probably have enough extra shredded memory foam for a throw pillow or three!I like this pillow very much, but it did take some work to get it where I could comfortably sleep on it. Stick with it, though. You'll be happy you did.

This pillow is super dense and well made! It came with extra stuffing which is nice. It was too dense/fluffy for me so being able to take some stuffing out is nice to make this work for you however you need! A great option.

What I do NOT like is that the stuffing can escape into the environment - the filling isn't safely contained, which could be a potential hazard. I cannot diss memory foam itself as my entire sleep system is exactly that - and I prefer it to anything else; it is part of the design of this pillow, that one can unzip the 'bag' and remove or add filling to suit. The issue is what to do with the surplus, it definitely should NEVER be chucked in the trash - this material is dealing with the same issues as plastics, there is no proper or acceptable method of disposal or recycling. THIS shredded stuffing IS exactly that, the factory's way of using up the trimmings and remnants, one can tell that easily by inspecting the stuffing itself.When I first opened it, I thought there was a mistake of some sort, the fill needs to sit for a little bit for it to swell back up with air - until then it looked like a bag of trash; but once it fluffed back up, the pillow is WAY too dense and overfilled for my personal comfort, which will require me removing a good amount of the filling, but until I can figure out a plan for reusing it, I'll wait to thin it. I'll probably make another small pillow or maybe a stuffed animal of some kind - to use up the surplus fill, under NO circumstances should this material EVER make into the environment! As it arrives, this pillow in really much more of a cushion than a pillow, it is BIG. I have to bulk at the retail price also, 40$ is really way too high a price for something that is essentially refuse material repackaged and marketed as something special - which it isn't.
