I bought this as I felt tired every single day to the point my partner was commenting on it. I felt like this when I was anaemic during pregnancy and looked duo that lack of iron, vitamin b12 or vitamin d can cause tiredness. I have been taking this multivitamin for three weeks now and I have noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels. I don't feel exhausted every single day now, I've started working out again as well and my mood has definetely improved because I'm not as tired and irritable. It has also had a fantastic affect on my toileting habits and I feel like that has became more regular and seems healthier. I am so impressed the impact taking this multivitamin has had and I will be purchasing them again. Aparantly it can take months for the body to get the full benefits of multivitamins but I certainly feel like my energy has definetely improved in just a few weeks!

I was reading a lot about probiotic s before buying these. It is true to say that our gut health plays a massive part in skin health. I started a keto diet and cut out carbohydrates completely. This forces your body into ketosis, where your fat cells are broken down for energy. I have lost weight but it is very rapid so I decided to use the slimfast diet which is so much better. I make smoothies using lots of berries and slimfast. This curbs my hunger. So after a week of taking these probiotic capsules, I am going to the loo daily which is excellent for me. My medication causes me to get bunged up and I feel awful. Not anymore and that is down to these capsules. I have more energy instead of feeling lethargic. I take apple cider vinegar too bit that is more for my diet. My skin looks brighter and I just feel much better generally. My beautician said I look much better. I have a regular facial as my treat. I would highly recommend these capsules. They contain all of the good bacteria that our gut needs. Compared to more expensive brands the ingredients are exactly the same. Great for my gut and my purse ❤️

I've only been taking for a week now, I do however normally use another brand but thought I'd try these due to the positive feedback!I took one yesterday just before eating a sandwich which I can't normally eat white bread without my tummy bloating, I have to say I was shocked to say the least, my tummy never bloated so for this reason alone I'm extremely happy!I do have many intolerances which makes it difficult to have a normal diet and IBS!I'm extremely happy with the results so far, if these continue to work in all aspects I will most definitely be re purchasing!So far so good and an excellent value for money, thank you kindly and I hope this helps anyone else thinking of buying xxxxx🩵🙏
