Snow Peak Trek 900 Cookset SCS-008

Q: Has anyone tried nesting the solo stove solo pot 900ml inside this pot set?

We nest our stove and one canister of fuel inside of this, it works perfectly.

Q: is the aluminum anodized?

Just received mine last week. it doesnt appear to be anodized and the instructions warn against using scouring pads to clean it which would also suggest a lack of anodization as that would make it pretty well impervious to a scouring pad.

Q: the description says titanium, then aluminum. so what are they made of really?

Mine is made of Titanium, and I cannot find any record of Snow Peak making these in Aluminum. However mine is 6.2 oz and this lists 9.3 oz so may be an old discontinued Aluminum type. the Titanium is only $52 so I prefer the lighter weigh for the little additional cost. Which makes it hard to cook some things in but I usually just boil water and then add dried food so no problem, the lid is perfect for making a package of strawberry oatmeal while to bottom makes tea (or coffee).
