Looks really stylish
it is a little heavy for one person to put together so get a friend to help but once up it looks really great and covers our entire patio set perfectly. Really sturdy in the breezes we have been getting and the colour really pops.

Easy assembly
Very easy to assemble, only took five minutes, covers a very large area, I would sunset if buying this that you get the weights for the base to make it more sturdy in the breeze.

Excellent So Far
Easy and quick to assemble. It's literally 3 large main parts and 4 bolts. As someone else mentioned the nuts to the bolts are pre-welded into the base, and the instructions show you inserting the bolts the opposite way round to the way you actually end up having to, since the nuts are pre-welded and don't give you much choice, but this is a minor detail. I purchased the Outsunny base weights too, which are pretty expensive, but since this umbrella was going beside my neighbours' extension, which is in my garden, I didn't particularly want to risk it flying into that. I added some slabs on top of these, as it still seemed to move even with these weights. However, having said that the surface I placed it on is a pebbled beach area, so not entirely level, so that probably makes a difference. It definitely needs weights, as it is basically a gigantic sail once erected. The mechanics are also like operating a sail, and for me, being disabled and not particularly strong, make it excellent, as I'm able to easily operate it, you can open and close the umbrella simply by turning the handle. Which to be honest, is simpler than putting a standard patio umbrella up.I was worried it would be too large for the area I was buying it for, because 3m sounds huge, but it actually worked out perfectly. Not only covering the double lounger I had planned it for, but handily blocking my incredibly nosey neighbours' view over my garden. Bonus feature.

My parasol
On my own and I managed to assemble. It wasn’t straight forward as the wind blew it down the garden😂 Once I had put it all together the next thing was opening it up. It was like a scene from SOME MOTHERS DO HAVE THEM. Entertainment for any onlookers but I am very pleased with the end result. I did purchase separately four bases which; I had to fill with sand but nothing is going to move it. Well pleased!

Good parasol, requires a lot of work to secure the base
I've buried the stand under patio paving slabs. While I think the intention is for the legs to sit between paving slabs, I found they are too wide and leave too big a gap between slaps. I there dug a trench and buried the whole frame and paved over the top. Parasol itself is good quality strong material. Lifting up and down requires a bit of strength.

A Big umbrella
I found it easy enough to install l screwed the L shaped stand to my decking didn't want to spend more money on weights fir the base. We left the umbrella open for a week then it rained bought a cover for it that's when l realised l could lower and fold it to fit waterproof cover lm pleased with it and l buy again, instruct sheet could be alittle more explanatory

Looks more expensive than it is.
Easy to put up. Delivered quickly enough and looks great. Only reason not five stars is very unstable in even quite light breezes 'creaks like a door in a haunted house' which is very unsettling, and sways very menacingly but that said even in a British summer it hasn't come a cropper yet but if there truly is a strong wind I would suggest you take it down. In addition, sometimes the central bit of the umbrella doesn't slot in so has to be done manually, which isn't easy 7ft in the air. All in all would buy again the red is a lovely colour.

Sun, please come back
It was fairly simple to assemble as the instructions were clear & precise. Once assembled you do need something to weight it down - I used four water filled canisters & have had no problems so far & there have been a few windy days up here in Scotland since it was purchased. It is very easy to adjust, put up or put down. The parasol gives a really good spread of shade when fully up & I just wish I could use it more but the weather has not been great since Brexit. When down, I would recommend that a cover is used. Overall, I think it is a very good parasol & is good value for the cost. Incidentally I also think the colour is very rich & much better than the standard green.

Needs additional support
It required additional weight added to base and I have to tether canopy even in a slightly stiff breeze other than that it does the job perfectly.

Great shade on a sunny day
Easy to put together and use. Good shade coverage. Not so good in a breeze
