I got this with a christmas voucher as one of my friends brought it round for us to play and I absolutely loved it! The art is incredible, and the dragons are so unique! The instructions make it sound way more complex than it is, I suggest looking up a video guide to get you started, you’ll love it!

Quite a lot of components and rules of play but looks like a game that will be played many times as different quests arise with each play.

It was a bit overwhelming when we started reading the instructions, but after watching a couple of videos in YouTube ,it all made sense. We have been playing only two people and it is lots of fun, we though it will get repetitive but depending on the shops that you reveal and the dragons that you get the strategic can change a lot, you can be ahead in the game and the final count when closing the game will surprise you. The quality of the pieces is great, nice mat ,cards wooden pieces...and the drawings are super cute.

The effort put into this game is amazing and it is clear that the game took a very long time to make. The difficulty of the game is at a perfect level and the mechanics are really interesting. Half of the game was spent appreciating the art and half playing, absolutely recommend and it is one of our favourites now!

The media could not be loaded.  This is not a one time play kond of game. You need to put some effort onto getting your head around the rules. But once i did its so much fun. Every game is different and theres a solo mode, which is great for practicing. The mat is great quality. And the cards are a re enforced plastic card so very durable. Highly recommend.

Feeling really disappointed. According to the picture I should be getting the addition with wooden pieces, coins and plastic dragon figures. What I have received is all cardboard pieces. I’m feeling really gutted because the reason I chose this listing is because it gives the impression that you are getting the high quality addition of the game. Which is a shame because it looks like a good game. It just isn’t what is being advertised in this listing. Very disappointing!Edit: Although I was disappointed with the misleading listing I have to say. This game is one of the best games I have ever played. I love it so much! So I needed to update my review. This game is worth every penny and I love it!

This is one of my favorite board games. Reading the rules is a bit intimidating, but I promise that once you start playing, it's actually pretty quick and easy. Lots of replayability and the art work is very cute.

My 7 year old decided to spend her $50 christmas amazon gift card on this, plus some cash she got. Advertised as 14+ the box says 10+ we had played some other games listed above her age and thought no big deal. She was immediately drawn to the art work and loves dragons and decided this is what she wanted. It is an absolutely beautiful game and so well thought out with both multi player and solo plays. Every detail of this game is amazing. Our first play was with a 5yr old and the 7yr old. It was also our first family game that was not a card game or roll the dice game. It took just over 2hrs to read the rules and set up and play only 2 rounds. We left it sprawled across the kitchen table and watched a couple youtube videos on game play. We played another hour the next day, still not completeing it but better understanding it, well, not the 5 year old, she just ran around the kitchen until her next turn. But we came back to it on the third day and by then even the 7 year old had made some well though out plays and won the first game.I have asked her if my spouse and I can play this ourselves after bedtime on our own because it is now so loved. I told her I would help her through her first solo play if she needed assistance. Everyone, except the 5 yr old, is thrilled with this purchase and it is now a favorite (for 3 of us) in our household!Worth the price! Worth the play! If you are a visualiser learner, definitely find a youtube video of game play! It is complex, but once you get it, it is so much fun!

My 7 year old picked this out as a gift for me and it was so much fun! It was fairly simple to understand once we got going (but I found it sounded confusing when reading instructions). Both my 7 year old and 10 year old loves playing it, as did my husband and I. The drawings were adorable and so whimsical. I’m fairly certain the cute drawings on the box is what caught my son’s attention when he picked it out for me. The board is large and you need a good sized table to play it on. The game is really beautiful to look at and I both enjoyed all the cute illustrations as well as the game play. It’s always nice to have more “mature” games the whole family can enjoy. Would definitely recommend to others.
