Now I know it’s supposed to be a bit small given that it’s a Victorian character costume but the 7-9 year old size would fit a child who wears clothes for a 5 year old. My son wears standard UK 6 year old clothes and this outfit is snug.

A little on thin side for the fabric quality but perfect for our needs in theater performance and being thin helped as the lighting on stage made it hot for the kids

We got this outfit for our little son to wear at school on the Victorian day. Most of the other boys had the exact same outfit.It’s lovely material, comfortable, fits well and does the job. Great value and price

I wanted to dress my son as a paperboy from 1920s and this was a good option. Good value for money although the quality is not the best. The hat is very cute- it’s the best of the outfit. My son is 5, 105 cm and it was good size for him.
