Minus star as no grips on plastic board itself as the pads do shrink and Velcro stops sticking and it stays put if textured plate - another minus is normally the handle can unscrew into itself and this in return means I can use this with ease with only one on and no legs from my wheelchair. This handle is too long. I know it might be made of metal but it’s thin and I know this will snap in no time- the handle that unscrews into itself provides a more solid shorter handle -easy to use on floors esp after muddy dogs - even use to get cobwebs off ceiling- also doubled in price within last few years - yet rather this than vile mop and bucket - I do steam my floors twice weekly- this several times a day - and dry side so no slips or accidents- from a wheelchair easiest way to do floors with minimal effort-UPDATE ..BROKEN sept 23 .. gutted Aaargghhh

Delivery was very quick. I like using this mop as you can wash the cloths in the washing machine afterwards and the mop head swivels to reach into all areas. The only thing is I can't lift the mop from the ground to move to another area/room without the mop head folding back down and cloth falls off. I didn't think that would happen unless I clicked the fold latch.

The piece connecting the head to the handle is really flimsy and just broke
