On the expensive side but works really well - setting programming, scheduling, WiFi connectivity

Works Great. Easy Install. The App for Ditra Heat is poor at best. Not intuitive at all and constantly needs to be updated.

Shluter box had already been opened (stickers cut and box torn) and there is no thermostat included, despite being shown in the product photos.

I opted for this thermostat because of the WiFi connectivity and app features. Those work just fine and I like them. The display however with the mirrored front is terrible. With any amount of light in the room it’s almost impossible to read unless you’re directly in front of it. I wish there was an option for a different display. I’ve got an old house ant this looks like a dim iPhone stuck to the wall. I may actually just cover it up and just use the app which works great.

I purchased the Schluter system for our bathroom project on a recommendation from our tile installer. I opted for the wi-fi thermostat as everything has an app and we can monitor it. When the electrician hooked it up it was faulty. Power in but nothing out. I ran and picked up another one immediately to complete the project due to it being in a home show. Installed the second on with no issues. Now a couple weeks later I go to return the faulty thermostat and they won’t take it as policy is replacement. (Didn’t read fine print) I contact customer service and they want the electrician to troubleshoot the faulty thermostat and the would send me a new one to return in place of one I bought. I can understand the policy but it creates a lot more hassle to attempt to return a faulty product.

Box tamper seals had been cut and there was no temperature sensor provided.

Bought a new property with three in floor heating systems and one thermostat had failed, perfect excuse to spend money on homekit enabled devices. While I am sure the old one was a great thermostat this new Smart Thermostat makes the old ones look like betamax, out of date technology, this thing looks absolutely gorgeous. It also extremely functional with weather and time details on the front. Its extremely responsive and works great, best of all it can be locked so its basically a display so no one can makes changes to it you don't want too. Totally worth every cent, ill probably buy two more very shortly.

I like that it keeps track of your usage. It shows charges what you are actually being charged by your local distributor, by the hour ,48 hour monthly, and year to date.

Configuration with the Wi-Fi was not straightfoward but once it done, it work great. I don't get anymore GFCI error.

This is like a mirror. Smudges like crazy, can't see the numbers on it, and looks really kitsch. I don't know who thought this piece of trash was a good idea. Sending it back.

Did not come with black wire sensor but it shows it on a last picture. Confused…
