This laser is perfect for pretty much all of our needs. We have been able to cut and engrave on many different types of materials, and especially on wood. Setup was super simple and straightforward and they have videos to help you through it if needed. They also have a 24/7 support team that has done an awesome job. They answered all questions and concerns that we had regarding anything about the laser, and they respond in a timely manner. Have even had days where we had back and forth emails to make sure that i had everything figured out. I will be buying from them again in the future.

After an initial error of my own doing, I have things resolved and truly, this machine is working very nicely. I am seeing accuracy of +\- .0001 inches which is fantastic. The seller (Wizmaker) has been very supportive and helpful as well as quickly responding to my questions. This machine appears to be very strong along with all the safeties, limit switches and so on. I’m quite pleased

The media could not be loaded.  Beefy solid frame, easy to assemble and set up. Straightforward setup instructions and software included on usb is LaserGRBL for PC and Lightburn for Mac. Belts are fully installed out of the box and it is an easy 2 screw job to adjust the tension. Took a total of 15 minutes to fully assemble and be ready to use. Heavier than typical diode engravers, but definitely more solidly built than any engraver i've owned. Engraves well , left a nice dark mark on my steel sheet at 100% power, 1000mm with no marking compound in one pass. Would recommend for both beginners and experienced users.Update: works really well to engrave steel, especially for blue colored engraving. Took it to some old saw blades from my work and it did fantastic on them with absolutely no marking spray.

So originally I complained due to the customer service not replying quickly enough for me but boy was I wrong! Due to the overwhelming number of emails the company received during the prime Day event they were backlogged and we're not able to get to my email as promptly as I would have liked. However once they were able to catch up they absolutely blew me out of the water with their professionalism and knowledge of their product. The unit itself is extremely well built with a gantry design that seems far and above any competitors in the same price point. The laser was packaged extremely well and assembly could not have been any easier with each section essentially put together and only needing to be connected. No belts to mess with and everything was adjusted well right out of the box. The Machine has a clean slick look and doesn't look like it just came out of a mad scientist's garage. The unit connected to light burn with no issues and I was up and cutting / engraving in no time flat. Make no mistake this is a top quality machine from a top quality company. Pictures are from my first two Burns after dialing in the settings for my wood.

The media could not be loaded.  I love this laser engraver. It is amazing! It cuts fairly quickly! I tried to cut 3/8” hard maple and 1.2” plywood which both cut really well. This kit comes with an air-assist, I like the looks of this pump and it does work at blowing smoke and debris from the burn area. It greatly improved the laser cutting, less burning on my projects. I've been making lots of stuff for myself and friends.So far it works great and I have no complaints as a first time engraver user. Make sure you have proper ventilation for this machine. Their customer service rep is helpful and very attentive. They have been willing to offer their expertise and advice whenever needed.

The media could not be loaded.  I used to have a commercial laser cut at work that I was allowed to use for personal items and I loved using it but ever since I got a new job I've been wanting to get one for myself. This is the perfect laser cutter because the price is so much cheaper than a commercial laser cutter but it works almost as well. I was able to get really precise deep cuts and cut a large number of materials. The laser engraving area is large enough to make some really nice designs that can be hung on the wall. I used it to engrave leather products, etch and cut out acrylic sheets for a custom puzzle and also cut numbers out to use as a house number. I still need to fine tune my settings a little to reduce the burning but it's really easy to use even for a beginner.

Didn’t get a chance to turn this thing on right away. It’s been a month but the first time and go figure laser doesn’t work at all. The unit was going through the motions but not cutting or etching. It has been over a month now and still without a laser. customer service has been working with me and did replace the laser head
