A beautifully styled brooch. Sterling silver leaf shaped brooch with multi hued vitreous (hard fired) blue enamel. The dark and light enamels are translucent allowing the patterning below to show through, while the two smaller central sections are "plique a jour" enameling which simply means glimpse of day, as they are like a pane on a window and are see through. This brooch measures 1 7/8 x 1 inch. Presentation boxed.
