I picked up the MRSDY USB Microphone mainly for gaming and occasional streaming, and honestly, I didn’t expect much at this price, but it completely surprised me. Right out of the box, setup was effortless. It’s truly plug-and-play. I connected it to my PC, and it worked instantly without needing to install anything. That kind of simplicity is a huge plus, especially if you don’t want to deal with complicated setups. The sound quality is where this mic really shines. My voice comes through clear and crisp, and my teammates noticed the difference right away. It cuts down on background noise pretty well, so it sounds much closer to a “studio” mic than a typical headset. For gaming, streaming, or even working from home, it does the job really well. I also like the design. It looks great on my desk with the built-in lighting, and it feels solid despite being lightweight. The adjustable stand is convenient, and I like that it can attach to a boom arm for a more professional setup. The built-in gain control is another nice touch for fine-tuning audio. There are a couple of small downsides. The USB cable could definitely be longer, especially if your setup has some distance between your mic and your tower. I think this mic is an incredible value. It’s affordable, easy to use, and delivers surprisingly high-quality audio. Great price and works fantastic. Looks really cool with the lights as well. My son streams games and some of the games he plays requires a mic that doesn't run through certain softwares. This mic worked perfect for that. Lightweight and easy to move around and hook up. Great price for the quality ease.

The sound quality is really good, especially for the low cost. It has semi-pro sound but would work well in a home studio for sure. It functions well & attaches to my boom arm which is great. It's got built in gain control which makes for clearer sound and a spatial sound reducer. I use it for working from home and streaming and I love it! It's also really aesthetically beautiful. It picks up sound super well but I use external headsets so I can't comment on the in-mic headphone jack.

I’ve been using this mic for over a year and still have no troubles with it. Super easy to set up just plug and go noise. Level is great and recording quality is great. If your computer uses USB, it is perfectly compatible. Great value for your money.

Purchased this in August 2024, and it worked great for a long time. As of writing this review on 4/24/2026, the microphone just straight up, died. I thought maybe it was a glitch or something, but I really needed this microphone for a meeting and even when plugged in and on, it was just not showing up as an option. I know this is at a cheap price, but this strongly disappointed me. I hardly ever use this microphone and kept it wrapped away in my room. I expected it to remain functional despite infrequent use, I guess I was wrong. It would have been two stars if it was not good at microphone quality. I use this on social media, and people could hear me clearly. Mute button worked very well. The RGB lighting was very pretty and never got tiresome. Whenever I adjusted the volume, it was clear that other people could see the difference. When I recorded over gaming clips, you could hear me very clearly. So it's a great microphone, I am just DISAPPOINTED that it died after infrequent use as I did not use this every single time I used my PC and a lot of the time it was just sitting around being unused. So there's no excuse for this. Also would be great if there was a Bluetooth or wireless option than just plug-and-play.

Very easy to set up. Great quality and volume for the price. My kid uses this for gaming and works great. Colors look cool too.
