Q: Which country is it made in?

I don't know. There doesn't seem to be a label anywhere indicating this. All I can say is that it is a very well-made bag and has proved to be very durable.

Q: Will this fit a A4 notepad?

The bag will accommodate a thin A4 notebook but it is a tight squeeze if you try and zip the top. Without the top zipped, the flap will close over an A4 notebook. It's a very nice, robust bag which I bought to carry small sketchbooks, pens, guidebooks etc on holidays.

Q: Are the given measurements for internal or external dimensions?

Just gave it a quick once over with a tape and I’d say they are the external measurements, guess it varies slightly from bag to bag, mines marginally bigger on the height and width measurements but struggles to make the 4 inch depth. Hope that helps.
