Really good book, not only for athletes though
I've heard a lot of tests showing that athletes who is concentrating only on training his or her body performs less effective than those who spends at least half of the time on mental practices. That puzzles me a lot time as it was quite counterintuitive for me. So I decided to take a look at this book. And it has all the details you need to know about mental preparations and other non-physical training stuff.And I have now many more things to think about and try to apply.
