These are the best brans socks I have ever owned. There are truly as advertised and feel great to wear. These running socks actually have padded areas where they show in the advertisements. I have really bad feet and these socks are amazingly comfortable and help reduce the everyday pain with a refreshing cushion with every step. After many years of trying different socks, I have finally found my mate for life. The are worth every penny. I highly recommend these socks. Don't let the price scare you. They really are worth the extra few dollars to improve your quality of life. Always treat yourself to great socks and shoes and you will be much happier overall.

These are the best running, walking, and work socks! They are comfortable, feel so much better than cotton socks, and your feet will not smell in these. Additionally, they have a LIFETIME warranty - if they get a hole in them, send them back and you'll get a new pair. I’ve bought several pairs of these socks in various color schemes over the past 2+ years and all except for 1 set were perfect. The one less than perfect pair had a small 1/4 inch cut in the side (looks like it was from a razor blade probably done is shipping), but I ended up keeping the pair and they still lasted to 2 years. All the other socks are showing signs of use but are still plenty good at over 2 years, and they still feel like they have cushion. I’d say I probably average using a pair of socks around 1 time per week across the year—probably 2+ times in summer and slightly less than 1 times in winter per week. I have noticed that with age these socks do shrink slightly, but not nearly as much as the micro screw height ones do. The one hard part about these socks is the price, you can 6 pairs of plain cotton socks for the price of 1 Darn Tough pair. While I hate paying a ton of money for things that could be much cheaper, these socks like brand new socks for at least an entire year, versus just 1-2 months of the the cheap cotton varieties. The socks also employ a mixture of wool and spandex, and I’m not jumping on the merino wool hype here, just being legit….you can run in 100F with a near 100% humidity factor and your feel will still feel dry. Don’t get me wrong, you feet will be damp and you will notice moisture marks when walking on a hard floor after a run, but they won’t feel wet, and the dampness dries wears off in a matter of minutes with your shoes off. This doesn’t happen with the cheap cotton socks. Finally, I ended up doing a warranty claim with Darn Tough for that one bad pair and they did replace them for free, however I had to pay for the $4 in shipping the old socks to them. While the price of the socks is indeed high, your absolutely getting a premium sock that warrants that price and I figure that as long as a pair lasts at least 2 years before doing a warranty replacement they end up being cheaper in the long run versus the cotton cheapies.

I've been getting input to try the Darn Tough socks for a number of years. I didn't think the socks would be that great. A couple of years ago I tried some socks and they were fine until they wore out in a couple of years. At that time I decided to try my first pair of Darn Tough socks. These socks are amazing, comfortable, and very durable. The product has exceeded my expectations and I'm certain to get more pairs of these socks.

These socks are great! They are primary wool and have a cushion to them so they absorb wetness and feel like I am walking on a soft cloud. I highly recommend them. Don't let the price stop you but don't dry them in the dryer, as that will damage the wool over time.

These are some of the most comfortable socks I have worn while running. The cushion is great on my heel, and they provide enough breathability when running.

Husband loves these socks! He used to complain about how sweaty/stinky his feet got with other socks. Not these! Great quality. Feel thick but are breathable. Fit true to size.

Great great great socks. Never thought I would shell out so much money for a single pair of socks but these are worth it.Very comfortable and I do not get blisters with these socks when I go for 20km+ trail runs. I love that they are made in Vermont and this is a company I will trust going forward.

So disappointed. When i tried these socks on they were so comfortable i was convinced i had found my new go-to brand for socks. Unfortunately, less than 10 days later and after wearing the socks for the 2nd time yesterday they have developed a hole at the toe. i've literally never seen a sock degrade this quickly. Darn Tough? More like Fragile Footwear. Had such high hopes from the good reviews and initial comfort.

Darn Tough brand are my go to brand for Merino wool socks. I love them and these didn't disappoint. Worth the money.
