Spear and Jackson5 Litres Concentrate - Path Patio and Decking Cleaner - Green Algae and Mould Remover - Pressure Washer Detergent

I'd previously being using another brand (rhymes with matio pagic) but found over the years it was becoming less effective(and more expensive). I read the reviews on this one and decided to give it a try. I already had the pump and spray and mixed it according to the instructions. I picked a day where it was dry (not easy in Scotland). After a few days the lichen, algae and discolouration disappeared from the patio. I was very impressed. I prefer this to power washing my patio which was slowly eroding the stone.

6 days after using this as instructed (although I didn’t rinse it off) and every morning I’m more impressed at how it’s removed the algae from brick driveway. The moss has started to go brown which I’m guessing is it dying. Repurchased to do the back patio now. Although il apply with the sprayer of the power wash to get more coverage than the watering can manual method (although was quick and easy that way!)

I was recommended this from my mother in law. I had the same experience she had. Pop the solution on and a few weeks later you’ll notice the difference.I did about 1/2 water & 1/2 solution and really pleased with how it’s turned out will definitely be using this going forward !

Used as instructions didn’t clean as expected ,used undiluted not much better

We followed the instructions sadly it didn't not improve the appearance of our stone flags or patio very disappointed
