Got these delivered today. Packaging was perfect, not a scratch on them. Foam inserts keeps everything tight in the box. Brackets and corresponding running boards are in color coded bags which makes install a no brainer. I used the shorter bolts to attach the brackets to the truck and the longer ones to mount the running boards. I also put blue LocTite on all the bolts. This, along with the provided lock washers, should keep everything tight. I'll check everything after about 100 miles of driving. Had my son give me a hand and finished the install in about 40 minutes.I like the thick, textured coating on the boards and brackets. Looks good and provides traction. I like how they sit on the truck. They are high and dont compromise ground clearance but still work great as a step. Also, the width seems to be just about perfect.Weld beads could be longer just about everywhere, but these are somewhat of a budget option so that's understandable. I gave them a good jump/bounce test and they are very solid so I guess the welds are perfectly adequate. These are not rock sliders, but as a step, some low impact rocker protection, and door ding prevention, these will be perfect.

For starters I’ve installed dozens of side steps on pick up trucks. These are at the top in terms of fitment and initial quality. They sit higher than the lowest point of the frame and come out nearly to the edge of the tire. Exactly what i was looking for. Brackets and bars themselves look to be built very well, some of the more solid looking ones i’ve encountered.Install was a breeze, all the bolts were the same size (13mm). After installing I jumped on them a couple of times and didn’t hear a single creak or crack as I’ve noticed on almost all other freshly installed side steps .I can’t comment on durability yet only time and weathering will tell BUT I did butter finger one side taking it out of the wrapper and dropping it on a concrete driveway from about a 3 foot height. No powder coat chipped off at all so I can only expect them to be durable in the long run.Would recommend to anyone looking for a solid side step that doesnt hang too low, is durable, and looks great.

They look great and feel solid, hopefully hold up to salt induced corrosion.

I'd have loved some proper sliders but, really, these will suffice for the style of driving I actually do. They are high enough to be unlikely to get hung up on rocks and such, they provide some protection from gravel and dirt to the rocker panels, and they should provide some protection from door dings. They may get in the way a little for entry/exit but I'll manage.Packaging was adequate and they arrived undamaged. The most challenging part was figuring out which brackets were for the passenger and driver sides. Once I figured that out, which wasn't terribly difficult, install was pretty straightforward. The install directions include pictures and language that were easy to follow. I can't say the install is full-on "easy" because you are probably going to be lying on the ground and getting up and down a bit. All in all, I had these unpacked and on the truck in about an hour.

I looked at about 1000 options before purchasing these and I’m very happy with the product.I had the predator rails from the factory and was hitting the bottom of the steps on rocks/ect more than I liked. I wanted more ground clearance and there is a 3 inch difference from the bottom predators to the bottom of these.Install was super easy ( I did it by myself ) and as a bonus I think they look great.I’ll have to get them out on the trail before I can compare them in action.In my opinion these are a great value for the money.

Perfect fit … on my 23 Tacoma. Takes about an hour to install. Sturdy and looks good. Fast shipping and no damage, the packaging was good. I would recommend to anyone who wants a nice set of steps
