Q: Is the bowl collapsible/ flexible or hard plastic?

Hard plastic but easy to hold and grip when wet. Bought because I had dropped and shattered two ceramic bowls in a 3 month period because, well, wet hands while wet shaving. Dropped this a few times since with no issues, not even a mark. It is plastic but well made and suited to its purpose. Always produces a great lather. Pleased with purchase!

Q: Why aren't the other color choices available on Amazon? I want either the gray or black one

The bowl comes in blue or gray. Not sure why gray is not available on Amazon. Go to Timeless site

Q: Will a 'standard' shaving puck fit into this bowl, one of Col Conk's shaving pucks?

I'd say yes, most shaving pucks should fit, though I've never used Col Conk. The bowl isn't really designed to hold pucks though, is for developing lather after the brush has been loaded.
