It's nice to have 3 bands with varying difficulty. I use the easier one for my arms and harder for my legs. They also come in a handy carry bag for easy storage!Good for the price and less likely to snap compared to the rubber ones!

Excellent product, have used something similar in gym classes so wanted something to use at home if too busy to head out to the gym.You get 3 bands in total. I'm 95kg so found the lighter band was not giving me much resistance, the medium one is strong and a good stretch but the heavy one... Damn! Really good resistance and you'll definitely feel the force and strengthen those quads and glutes in no time! I just causally wear round the house now to maximise all movements! Recommend them, go for it, great price too.
