Great Product. I've suffered from hyperhydrosis for about 20 years and have tried many other hyperhydrosis treatments containing aluminium chloride - this, for me at least - is easily the best. It's both more effective and gives way less irritation than equivalent products.Also I agree with the previous reviewer totally - this 50ml bottle might seem pricey but it will last two years, so it's actually a darned sight cheaper than off-the-shelf products... which don't work anyway for about 10% of the population.If you've not used these sorts of products before, you absolutely must read & follow the instructions, as they can give you a nasty rash. I use a hairdryer on low setting to ensure my skin is 100% dry - just using a towel isn't enough.I also agree this product can be a life-changer; after years of embarrassment and frustration (frustration of getting ready for a night out, choosing what to wear then finding you're wet and stinky before you've even left the house), it's really liberating and confidence-inspiring to be un-sweaty!Update - I'm reordering this product 9 years after my original review. Still highly recommend it, the larger bottle lasts me around 2 years.Just to add in case it helps anyone, when you first try it it doesn't work fully/immediately, you have to use it for maybe a month or two to get the full benefits.

I have to constantly use strong antiperspirants due to excessive sweating, mainly anhydrol and driclor, but they really damage my skin. So when i saw this claiming to be mild on skin, sting free and effective i thought it was worth a try even at the ridiculous price tag. In reality it stings just the same and is not as strong as previously mentioned brands. Which are around 1/4 the price. Waste of money, not happy.

My wife has been using this lotion for years and she speaks very highly of it. We do recommend it. Delivery and package first class, well done.

I was hoping this would help me but it didnt even make the slightest difference. Very disappointing. Have yet to find a product that will help.

It's a little faffy to apply - having to use a cotton pad to apply with.It would be much better if it was a roll on....I did not suffer any reaction to it - as I have done with some products - so that is good. Unfortunately it didn't work too well - it did reduce my sweating a tad...

I am in my 50th year and for most of my adult life I have suffered with excess underarm perspiration. This dictated what clothes I could wear, I always had to wear a cardigan to cover sweat patches. I could never wear silky, delicate clothes. This product has changed that, I can now wear any clothes I like, even close fitting clothes. My only regret is that I didn't find this product years ago. Better late than never!!!! Thank you so much.

Very good product, is very strong so it does make your hands very dry which I had to counteract with an ezcema or E45 cream but I would buy again

Unfortunately this product did not on me, I followed the instructions and used it for over a month, no effect whatsoever. Back to driclor.....
