It works for learning to jump rope; it's quite lightweight, and you can adjust the rope's length depending on your height. Although the system is quite basic, it gets the job done. The material is plastic

To fit any size, you screw off the handle, pull out the rope and slide the clamp out of the black bead, slide the rope to shorten or lengthen push the clamp back into the bead then screw the handle back in place. This is a little difficult to do. Do so with care, you can lose the clamp and it will never work again and ruin your jump rope. I feel they could have made a better system for adjusting. It is on the cheaper side of that part. I would not spend that amount on this, but if you like it it might be worth it. I would not buy it again. I picked a new gold sky color, it is a kind of sea glass blue. Very pretty which is what drew me in. The compromise is you might end up tying a knot in it if you lose the adjuster inside. That could work. If too much sticks out of the handle you can cut it off at the end so leave a little extra for if someone else needs to resize it. Almost made a 3 star, but tying a knot could be the remedy that adjustment made it a 4.

I wanted to get a jump rope as I wanted to start getting back into shape and I remember I used to love to jump rope as a kid. This bright purple rope is also soo pretty. I like that this rope is adjustable and there's a plastic stopper where you can loosen and tighten to help adjust the length of the rope. The only thing I am not too fond of the long handles. If it was slightly shorter, it would be perfect.

I joined a CrossFit class and had to relearn how to jump rope. It's light, thin and durable. The plastic coating is of good quality and keeps the rope from fraying. The long handles enable me to speed up or slow the rope to develop- a cadence. The rope does knot up and takes space to store in my gym bag. It does easily detangle and is quick to make it ready when needed. Great and well-priced workout tool.

Jump rope is easy to use and hasent tangled. Good size for a crossfire class and it looks unique enough to know what rope is yours.

This jump rope doesn't tangle easy and works great for me as a beginner to skipping rope as cardio. The size it comes as is perfect for me at 5'1, and I like that it's easy to resize without having to cut the rope like some other ones I've tried require you to do. It makes it easier to readjust as time goes on without it being a permanent adjustment that can't be undone. I also love the color and the handles are large and easy to hold without slipping or discomfort during my exercise routine.

Really like this jump rope. Its easy to hold, really pretty color as well. The cable is a bit thicker than a speed rope but you are still able to get speed in. I use this before my martial arts class and has worked really well so far. I could see your hands slipping off the handles if you dont wear hand wraps and get sweaty
