Perfect, but please check the care instructions.
We already have several in other sizes and needed a smaller one to replace one in poor condition from another brand. My partner stated a strong preference for these, as they're so good.Mine contained a QR code, which I pointed my smartphone camera at and it then takes you to the manufacturers care instructions - these are the basics and following them we've kept all our others in good condition for years."Never put hard anodised products into a dishwasher as the caustic nature of the detergent will damage the baking pan. Hand wash only. If stubborn stains persist, simply soak in warm soapy water and use a nylon scourer to remove any residue. Avoid the use of any caustic cleaning solutions. Metal utensils can be used."

Still waiting for a reply to my query.
I contacted the manufacturer over a week ago to ask if the chips on the side were normal and if it might get worse. See photo. No reply to date, which is disappointing as it’s not exactly cheap.

great baking pans
Have had mermaid baking trays for quite a number of years now would not be without them. Have also purchased the 12-inch mermaid hard anodised bakewell pan so they will fit on one shelf side by side. Great when cooking for two/three people. Solid pans that do not buckle in the hot oven. A must for all kitchens. Well packaged and fast delivery.

incorrect dimensions listed
Listed on Amazon as 32.5 cm x 16.5cm x 4cms deep, item I received was 25cm x 14.4cm x 3.3cm.Also, it took 7 days to arrive so it was returned. However, if you can be confident that you will actually receive the size you order these Mermaid baking trays are excellent. It is unlikely that you would have this problem with another supplier.

RELIABLE BAKING PANS
We have two Mermaid baking pans and after 3 or 4 years there is no sign of significant warping. The coating is still good but we hand wash ours because we don't have a dishwasher!
