Managing cooking leakage-then trying to clean
Stuffed flour tortillas with braised duck, wonderful! BUT cleaning was a bummer. Any non-submersible electric cooking device can be frustrating…..next try, egg rolls stuffed with cabbage, seasoned pork, vermicelli…worked ok, but better browning and crispier in the oven.I’m not out of ideas so I’ll continue to give it a go without entering the definition of insanity.
