Overall great carrier for car/plane travel! Fit on United Economy Plus
Size: LargeDog weight: 15 lbsHeight/length: 14"/17"Airline flew on: United (airbus and Boeing 737-700)Seats: upgraded to economy plus both timesOK overall I have to say I love the Snoozer carrier! I only dropped one star for durability reasons, especially considering it's such an expensive purchase. I've had mine less than a month and the metal framing already poked through the bottom (last photo attached), not a huge deal, I am still using it of course but it's kind of annoying to have happened so early and it's not like my dog is over the weight limit --he's only 15 lbs. (June 2018 update: contacted company about the wire frame and they sent a warranty replacement so returned the star)Anyway, that's the only bad thing the rest is all praise! I use it all the time in the car now but my original reason for purchase was for a flight to California (about 3.5 hrs) and the reviews with detail about the airlines really helped me so I broke down my specific airline/plane details above so it's clear what this carrier fit on. Also attached plenty of photos! I choose the large because my pup has long legs so I was worried he'd be too cramped in the medium (1st photo shows size comparison for large sized carrier vs. standard backpack). Glad I did because when I got it I knew instantly he wouldn't even have gone into a medium willingly. He fits upright perfectly with the zipper closed, and when laid down he can still move around to change positions if needed. I was nervous about the large for flights due to some other comments so I did upgrade my seat both ways just in case, on the airbus I had tons of room so probably wasn't needed (3rd and 4th photo) but on the 737 I am so glad I did cause that one was tighter (5th photo). I had window seats both times, by the looks of it would have been fine in middle or window for both planes, would not recommend the aisle they tend to have smaller under seat areas. Recommend talking to the flight attendants when you get there, they let me pre board both flights so that made it easier to get the bottom panel off and get him situated under the seat, sometimes he spins around funny and is kind of tangled in the little leash/restraint.I purchased the Snoozer one week ahead of the flight and practiced with it (with lots of treats!) all week (2nd photo), by the time we had the real deal he was used to it-- the transition from upright to slanted when rolling is what took the longest so take your time getting them used to it stationary with treats before trying to move around (and keep it zipped when moving for first time! Mine tried to jump out even with the restraint attached to his harness). First flight I kept it zipped when rolling through the airport, but by the second flight he was an old pro so I left it open and it had his head popped out while rolling through the airport.Only thing I wish I did differently for the smaller plane was have a cooling mat. Circulation on the airbus was fine but on the 737 he ran a little hot. I pulled his carrier forward and had the top open most of the flight so he could poke his head up to cool off. This was our first flight together and all in all it was a great experience! Only was questioned by two people about the carrier on the way home actually, but once I said I've flown with it and it fits (bottom comes off) there was no problem. Security was easy too; you just carry your pup through the old school metal detector and they check your hands. Make sure to take your treats out of the carrier and run them through separately, on way home that got my bag flagged for inspection.Hope this info helps other travelers with furry friends! If your dog is small enough go with the medium but if you have to use a large it at least fits in some planes! Just need to do a little research, I will definitely fly with my guy again and will be using the Snoozer!!

Overall Review
What an amazing carrier!R e f e r e n c e //My dog is a Miniature Australian Shepherd corgi mix and he weighs around 20-25 pounds so I purchased the large size dog carrier which gives him enough room to move around if he needs to. As for the airline I flew through, it was Southwest Airlines and I had no issues using this specific carrier as it fits under the seat in front of me but I will say that leg room was a little tight (Also depends on how tall you are as I am 5’8 and have extremely long legs as you can tell from the pictures). I highly recommend this carrier if you have it saved buy it! Yes it is on the expensive side but it’s well worth it and the quality is outstanding as well, I am pleased with my purchase and so is my pup 🐾 Traveling is a breeze with this carrier, I promise you!T i p s //• Anxiety gummies for dogs (Yes they make them! Again please read the reviews and the instructions properly to know how much to give your dog, they smell & taste like treats).• Window & middle seats are your best option for this carrier, the outer left seat is too small for this specific carrier to fit.• When assembling, the bottom of the carrier comes off easily which you HAVE to remove when putting your pet under the seat which causes the carrier to collapse to make it easier to fit under the seat.(If you do not remove the bottom piece you’ll have an extra hard time getting your pet to fit under the seat, don’t worry it’s easy to put back on the carrier).• Your pet MUST remain zipped in the carrier throughout the entire duration of the flight, once off the plane you’re free to open it up for them or even take them out and walk (On a leash of course)!• DO NOT sit in an emergency lane, yes there is more space available but airlines do not allow passengers carrying pets to sit in an emergency lane seat whether it’s a dog or cat.• Invest in a small battery operated fan for your dog that you can face at them throughout the duration of the flight as it does get hot for them being under the seat.• Another option is an ice-pack of your choice.(I do not suggest using an ice-pack if your dog is a chewer as a majority of the liquid used in ice packs are poisonous not only to humans but animals as well, PLEASE read the information on the back of an ice-pack).

Just what I needed
I use a large all terrain mobility scooter to walk my Miniature Schnauzer dog as I live in the countryside. I sometimes have to travel on the road and needed something to transport my dog in. It had to carry my dog's weight (10.5kg) but not be too big to fit on my scooter. This has turned out to be ideal. I use it like a backpack, and have placed it on the back of my scooter seat using the carry straps. I've also been able to feed my scooter seat-belt through the loops on the back of the carrier for extra stability. The only problem I found was that my dog sat very low in the carrier, so I just added a very thick foam pad and he now sits higher up and can see out. It's ideal for our needs.

Perfect for travel
Perfect for the ferry! Our 7kilo mini schnauzer loved it! Secure, sturdy and perfect. We loved the secure lead attachment so she could pop her head out but we weren’t worried that she would jump out.

Thumbs up 👍
I purchased the medium for my 3.7kg chihuahua who has quite a long body, it fit him perfect but if he was any bigger I would definitely gone for the large. My dog loves it! Jumped straight in!It a great product lightweight yet sturdy and well made .The only addition I could suggest would be an optional privacy panel on bottom and 4 wheels instead of 2. Very happy with this purchase and the delivery time was excellent well ahead of schedule 👍

Almost a 5
I would have given it a 5. I love it. But there is one big problem with the seat belt hooks: they are too low and when the dog stands up, she can till the Snoozer sideways. I use a bungie cord to tie the drag handle to the head rest to stabilize the snoozer in the car. It is a stupid work around. They should add two compress straps with large hooks to the top of the snoozer so it is easy to hook them to the headrest bars and pull them tight.Otherwise, it’s a really good Roll Around. They can make it even better if they have light-weight strong frames that allows me to sit on it. But not everybody is as old as I am so, that’s optional.
